On January 2, media outlet The Fact released photos of Lee Kang In enjoying an alleged date with Lee Na Eun.
According to the report, the two were said to have met on November 14-15 and 17 last year, ahead of the Asian Second Round of the 2026 North Central America World Cup qualifiers.
The media outlet reported several instances of the alleged couple out on dates in that period. On the 14th, after finishing training at Seoul Mokdong Stadium, Lee Kang In returned to the hotel in Yeouido with his teammates and then got into Na Eun’s car in the underground parking lot to enjoy a date.
On the 17th, after the game, they also spent time together around Na Eun’s residence in Guri, Gyeonggi Province.
Following the rumors between them, Lee Na Eun’s agency had shared their response to the dating rumors.
Namoo Actors, explained, “The two are just acquaintances,” in response to the rumors of a romantic relationship between football player Lee Kang In and former April member Lee Na Eun.
They also stated, “There is no confirmed information regarding their meeting in November last year.”
Lee Kang In’s agency has not responded to the dating rumors yet.
Meanwhile, Na Eun, who announced her comeback after two years due to past bullying controversy, will make her first appearance as an entertainer in the SBS drama “Flex Cop” which will be released on the 26th.
