While trying to stop a woman who caused a disturbance with a weapon in a musical dressing room, Super Junior member and musical actor Kyuhyun was injured.
On the 20th of November, a representative from his agency, Antenna Music, stated to Star News, “Kyuhyun received a minor cut on his finger and received immediate treatment on-site.”
Earlier that day, the Seoul Gangseo Police Station revealed that a woman in her 30s, identified as Ms. A, was arrested and being investigated for charges of special threats.
According to the police, Ms. A is accused of breaking into a musical dressing room in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, on the 19th and wielding a weapon towards the actors.
It was reported that Kyuhyun, who was in the dressing room at the time, was injured while trying to stop Ms. A. Fortunately, Kyuhyun’s injuries were not serious.
The police are currently investigating Ms. A’s mental health and how she obtained the weapon.
Meanwhile, Kyuhyun appeared in the musical ‘Benther,’ which premiered in September and ended on the 19th.
