Sooyoung has been selected as the sole MC for “R U Next?”
“R U Next?” which will be first broadcast on JTBC on the 30th, is a program that determines the final members of the next-generation girl group from the joint venture label between HYBE and CJ ENM, Belift Lab.
Sooyoung is scheduled to actively participate in “R U Next?” as an MC who brings both tension and fun. As she has already been recognized for her sense and hosting skills in various broadcast programs and year-end award ceremonies, her performance in “R U Next?” is highly anticipated.
Sooyoung stated, “I am amazed by the new plans and concepts that continuously emerge while watching many girl groups. Although the groups currently active are my juniors, I am both a fan and an avid listener of theirs. I am really excited and looking forward to witnessing the birth and process of a new girl group up close and being part of it.”
Meanwhile, “R U Next?” will be broadcast every Friday at 8:50 PM on JTBC starting from the 30th.
