SM Entertainment, the agency of the group RIIZE, stated that they will take strong action against the spread of false information related to the members.
On the afternoon of the 13th of March, SM Entertainment issued a statement on RIIZE’s official SNS to announce their plans to tackle the recent rumors surrounding the members, they stated that these false rumors are being spread on SNS and will be dealt with legally.
This is likely a response to the recent rumors involving RIIZE’s Anton, a photo of a man who was presumed to be Anton holding hands with a woman in the U.S. spread like wild fire and was shared everywhere. Subsequently, rumors spread that Anton had a girlfriend in the U.S. this led the woman in the photo to come out with a statement and deny the claims and clarify they’ve been childhood friends.

False information about RIIZE members is being indiscriminately spread through social media and online communities. Additionally, illegal activities, including personal attacks, defamation, and malicious slander, continue to occur.
Such actions are clear criminal acts that seriously damage the character and honor of our affiliated artists. At the moment, we are fully aware of the situation and are reviewing the collected data. We plan to take strong action by filing a lawsuit to ensure that the perpetrators of these illegal acts are punished without any compromise or leniency.
Furthermore, continuous acts of stalking, verbal abuse, harassment, and invasion of privacy directed towards affiliated artists’ acquaintances, especially family and friends, are ongoing.
As these actions are also criminal acts against individuals, please be aware that legal measures are possible. We kindly ask for your special attention to avoid being involved in any unpleasant incidents.
