Singer Younha’s “Event Horizon” Wins First Place On Music Show, Her First In 15 Years

Singer Younha’s song “Event Horizon” gained her first place on the terrestrial TV music program after 15 years.

According to C9 Entertainment on the 28th, “Younha’s “Event Horizon” took first place on SBS Inkigayo beating IVE’s “After LIKE” and Le Sserafim’s “ANTIFRAGILE”.”

After “Password 486” in 2007, Younha topped SBS Inkigayo after 15 years with ‘Event Horizon’. It has been 242 days since “Event Horizon” was released in March.

Younha said through her agency, “I did not expect to win first place on a terrestrial music show”. Every day is like a birthday, she stated. “This is the first Inkigayo win in 15 years and I will make sure to bring good music even 15 years later.”

Younha directly participated in the writing and composing of “Event Horizon”. The song was still on top of the Melon chart on the 28th.
