SHINee’s Taemin Enlists In The Military Surrounded By His Fellow Members

SHINee’s Taemin has enlisted in the military!

On May 31, Taemin entered the Korea Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province, he was surrounded by fans and reporters.

Ahead of his enlistment, his group members were there to send him off. Key shared a group photo with the caption, ‘return safely,’ while Minho personally went with Taemin to send him off to the base, he shared a photo from inside the car and wrote in English, “I’m always on your side.” In Korean, he wrote, “Taemin, return safely and in good health. I’m always on your side. I support you and love you.”

Taemin is the last member of his group to enlist in the military. Onew, Minho, and Key have all completed their duties and were discharged recently. They had made a full group comeback with “Don’t Call Me” in February.

Taemin will serve in the military band.
