Odd Eye Circle mentions the possibility of a full-group comeback for LOONA, here is what they said!
On the afternoon of the 12th of July, at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, a showcase was held to commemorate the release of Odd Eye Circle’s (Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry) new mini-album, ‘Version Up.’
Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry, who recently won their legal dispute with their former agency announced their comeback as Odd Eye Circle after approximately seven years.
Kim Lip expressed her feelings, saying, “It’s our first comeback after the dispute, so we were very nervous and worried. We are extremely grateful that we can stand on stage again. We will do our best to have a beautiful and successful comeback.”
When asked about their relationship with other LOONA members, she stated, “We are getting along well.” JinSoul, in response to the reactions of other members regarding this comeback, said, “They have always shown us a lot of support. They contacted us even before the teasers were released, saying we looked pretty and cool. They immediately reached out to us when the music video was released at midnight, saying they monitored it and that we did a great job. They are also posting our activities on their Instagram stories in real-time. We keep in touch and get along well.”
In particular, when Kim Lip was asked about the possibility of a future full-group activity for LOONA, she replied, “LOONA is not a disbanded group. I want to say that we are keeping the possibility open in this regard. However, we have to be cautious because we can’t freely use the LOONA name as we wish. But we would be grateful if you consider that we are keeping the possibility open.”
Meanwhile, Odd Eye Circle’s new mini-album, ‘Version Up,’ was released today (12th) at 6 PM.
