NewJeans is making a comeback on July 7th!
NewJeans announced their comeback through their official SNS channel on the 19th with the message, “Coming Soon! NewJeans 2nd EP ‘Get up’.”
Their second mini-album ‘Get Up’ includes a total of six songs. The diverse and unique musical achievements of NewJeans can be anticipated through this album.
Having triple title tracks is not new for NewJeans. Last August, they created a sensation with the triple title tracks ‘Attention,’ ‘Hype Boy,’ and ‘Cookie’ from their debut album. They continued their success with the release of their first single album earlier this year, reproducing the ‘NewJeans Syndrome’ with ‘Ditto’ and ‘OMG’ throughout the first quarter.
As the album introduction suggests, it is recommended to listen to all the tracks in the order of the tracklist. Therefore, there are high expectations for all the songs included in the album.
The agency stated, “Music videos will be produced for all six songs included in NewJeans’ second mini-album ‘Get Up.’ Each music video will showcase different charms, including unexpected guest appearances and unique collaborations with global brands, surpassing expectations.”
