“Persona:Sulli” could be released on Netflix!
On the 20th of May, news emerged on social media that “Persona:Sulli”, a work by the late Sulli, is set to be released on Netflix Brazil on June 16.
‘Persona’ is a film that combines five short films directed by five different directors, each featuring the same actress as their muse. ‘Persona 2’ is said to include episodes featuring Sulli as the protagonist, as well as in-depth interviews conducted by her in 2019.
Regarding this, Netflix stated, “Persona:Sulli” is a production by Mystic Story, and discussions are currently underway regarding its availability for streaming on Netflix and the final release date.”
Following the series ‘Persona 1,’ starring IU and released on Netflix in 2019, ‘Persona 2’ was interrupted during production due to Sulli’s sudden passing, leaving it as an unfinished work after the completion of two out of five episodes. Therefore, the news of the release of ‘Persona 2’ has piqued the curiosity of many.
Meanwhile, Sulli, born in 1994, made her debut in 2005 in a drama and gained much love after debuting as a member of the group f(x) in 2009. However, on October 4, 2019, she shockingly passed away at her residence, leaving a profound impact.
