Both G-Dragon of BIGBANG and the granddaughter of Shinsegae Group Chairman Lee Myung Hee denied dating rumours.
An official from Shinsegae told CBS No Cut News on the 11th, “The reported romance rumour is not an obvious fact,” adding, “As a result of my confirmation, she watched the performance with several people and just took a picture as a G-Dragon fan. As reckless speculative reports continued beyond simple happenings, we decided to reveal our official position to correct the wrong content,” he emphasized, “Please refrain from indiscreet speculative reports.”
On the same day, G-Dragon’s agency, YG Entertainment, also said, “The dating rumours are groundless.”
Recently, an entertainment media outlet in China raised a dating rumour, claiming that G-Dragon watched a concert with Chairman Lee’s granddaughter.
BIGBANG, made a comeback after 4 years with the digital single ‘Still Life’ last year. On January 1st, G-Dragon also announced that he is preparing a new solo album along with New Year’s greetings on his YouTube channel.
