A Korean composer in his 30s, who was wandering around Gangnam without clothes in a hallucinatory state, has been arrested and detained by the police.
On the 26th of February, Gangnam Police Station announced the arrest of Mr. A for violations of the Narcotics Control Act and property damage.
Mr. A caused a disturbance at an unmanned cafe in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, after taking Philopon in the early hours of the 22nd.
After leaving the cafe, Mr. A roamed the streets without clothes, and he was eventually arrested.
Police, responding to a report of finding a syringe and other items at the cafe, conducted a drug test on Mr. A, and upon detecting positive results, proceeded with the arrest.After the emergency arrest, the police applied for a detention warrant, and the Seoul Central District Court held a hearing on the 24th and issued the warrant.
