BTS’ J-Hope’s ‘On the Street (with J. Cole)’ Makes Its Debut On Billboard Hot 100

BTS J-Hope made his own best performance on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart following the top 100 singles on the UK official chart with his new solo single ‘on the street (with J. Cole)’.

According to Billboard’s Twitter on March 13th, J-Hope’s single ‘On the Street’ released on March 3rd debuted at number 60 on the ‘Hot 100’.

‘On the Street’ is a lo-fi hip-hop genre song with an easy-to-listen melody and warm lyrics. J-Hope participated in writing and composing the lyrics, infusing the song with a message of hope and warmth. American rapper and producer J Cole collaborated with him on the song.

Previously, it ranked 37th on the UK Official Latest Singles Top 100 chart, achieving its own best performance on that chart.

In particular, this is the fourth time that J-Hope has entered Billboard Hot 100 as a solo artist. Previously, in 2019, he ranked 81st with ‘CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP’ with Latin American singer Becky G. Last year, two songs from his solo debut album ‘Jack in the Box’ – ‘MORE’ ranked 82nd, and ‘Arson’ ranked 96th. J-Hope has already topped six songs on the Hot 100 as a member of the BTS

Along with this, J-Hope has become the K-pop singer with the fourth most songs on the ‘Hot 100’. BTS has ranked 26 songs on the Hot 100, the most for a K-pop act. The second is BLACKPINK, which has a total of 9 songs. Psy follows with 5 songs.
