BIGBANG T.O.P Discharge Date Confirmed, He’s Coming Back Soon 

BIGBANG T.O.P will be discharged soon! 

On May 21st, Yongsan District Office revealed in an official statement to the press that the idol will be discharged on July 8, which is sooner than expected. That’s because of the newly applied reduction reform for soldiers, the new reform took effect last year and thus soldiers discharge dates came sooner than originally expected. 

The newly applied reform by the government was announced in July of 2018 and for soldiers who serve as public service agents, the reform started applying for those who enlisted since October 3rd, 2016.  

Because of T.O.P’s marijuana case, he lost his position despite the fact that he enlisted in February of 2017. He was transferred to Yongsan District office and served as a public service worker as of January 26, 2018.
