Official statement from Cube Entertainment.

Hello, this is Cube Entertainment.
We would like to provide an official statement regarding the future activities of BTOB.
As BTOB’s second exclusive contract was approaching its expiration, we have carefully discussed with the members for a long time, and as a result, we have mutually agreed not to renew the contract.
Therefore, Cube Entertainment and BTOB’s Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Lee Changsub, Im Hyunsik, Peniel, and Yook Sungjae have decided to conclude their 11-year journey together.
Since their debut on March 21, 2012, BTOB has established themselves as a representative boy group of the 3rd generation of K-pop, receiving love from the public with their exceptional vocal skills and music.
We would like to express our gratitude to BTOB for their proud achievements during their long years under Cube Entertainment, and also to MELODY (fans of BTOB) who have always been there for BTOB.
Although the connection between Cube Entertainment and BTOB has unfortunately come to an end, we sincerely support the new growth and bright future of the BTOB members, who possess endless possibilities.
We ask for your unwavering love and support for BTOB as they embark on a new journey.
Thank you.

  1. At least they’re free from Cube. Cube as a company sucks and they have ruined 4Minute, CLC and now BTOB ever since the formation of the company. I hope they continue together as a group under a new agency.
