“The King: Eternal Monarch” Bounces Back Achieving The Double Digit In Ratings For The First Time Since Its 2nd Episode
“The King: Eternal Monarch” has enjoyed a boost with its recent episode!
On May 2, “The King: Eternal Monarch” aired its 6th episode (Split into two parts) and its doing a lot better. According to Nielsen Korea, the drama scored an average of 7.4% and 10.3% for its two parts which is a definite improvement for the series.
It also marks the first time since the drama’s second episode that it achieved double-digit ratings. It had previously achieved its lowest ratings with its 5th episode in the series thus far.
Fans are anticipating whether the series will be able to achieve better ratings with its next episode as the drama plot becomes more intense.
Have you seen the most recent episode of “The King: Eternal Monarch”? what are your thoughts on it?
My Personal Thoughts
As I said before, I don’t think “The King: Eternal Monarch” ratings will tank below 7%. I think it can even do better if the next episodes become more intense, its finally starting to get serious and I think it’ll do better, if not, it will continue to hover around those numbers which isn’t bad, but I can’t say I expected this.
Prior to the series premiere, I expected “The King: Eternal Monarch” to reach 20% in no time, but I guess competition among other factors including expectations really weighed down on the drama.
I wish them the best of luck!
I’m enjoying the series very much! I lost a little interest in the 3rd and 4th episodes on Netflix, but I’m excited again with the episodes that have been released since then. I finished episode 6 last night, and can’t wait for more next week! The King, Eternal Monarch definitely has my attention.
