“My Dearest” Part 2 and “The Escape Of The Seven” are going up against each other in the ratings battle!
On Friday, after taking a break for 5 weeks, the popular drama “My Dearest” aired its 2nd part. According to Nielsen Korea, “My Dearest” part 2 1st episode recorded 7.7% in ratings, making it the most-watched show in its time slot across all channels.
For its 2nd episode, the drama did even better and recorded an average nationwide rating of 9.3%, also ranking first in its time slot and marked an impressive jump.
Meanwhile, “The Escape Of The Seven,” which competes in the same time slot, saw a decline in ratings with its 7th episode recording 6.8% and its 8th episode recording 6.5%.
With the new series from the Penthouse creators going up against Namgoong Min’s drama that revived this specific MBC time slot, attention is focused on how the ratings battle will play out.
