Park Sung Hoon has returned with ENA’s “Not Others”!

On the 17th of July, a press conference for the drama “Not Others” was held at Stanford Hotel in Seoul. The drama is based on the webtoon of the same name from Kakao, depicting the chaotic lives and romances of a mother and her cool daughter living together.

At the press conference, director Lee Min Woo and Jeon Hye Jin, Sooyoung, Ahn Jae Wook, and Park Sung Hoon attended.

In “Not Others,” Park Sung Hoon plays the role of Eun Jae-won, the chief of Namchon Police Station. With the success of the Netflix original “The Glory” before the broadcast of “Not Others,” Park Sung Hoon shared, “When I visited the streets or restaurants, viewers greeted me as ‘Jaejooni’ (his character’s name in ‘The Glory’).”

He continued, “During the filming of ‘Not Others,’ ‘The Glory’ was released. Many senior actors, directors, and staff members watched it with interest, as it was a completely different role from Eun Jae-won. They gave me a lot of feedback, and I could feel the response. Even on the set of ‘Not Others’ now, people call me ‘Jaejoon-ssi.’ I’ve heard that a lot. Some people may avoid eye contact with me, and I don’t really know why. But these days, I can feel the tremendous impact of ‘The Glory.'”

Sooyoung then jokingly added, “Isn’t he supposed to be a police officer? He goes out to crime scenes a lot, but I wondered if he looks like a criminal when captured from certain angles,” which brought laughter.

“Not Others” aired on July 17.
