MBC’s “My Dearest” Part 2 is reportedly nearly done filming for its finale!
On the 15th of November, an official from the MBC Friday-Saturday drama “My Dearest” stated to Star News, “We cannot confirm the production schedule for the last day of filming for ‘Lovers’.”
This follows a report about the filming for MBC’s “My Dearest” Part 2 finale. It has been reported that the filming schedule for ‘Lovers’ has not yet been completed. In some circles, there are rumors that filming will continue until the day of the final episode broadcast on the 18th.
As a result, “My Dearest” is now approaching its end with the last episode airing on the 18th.
According to Star News, both the production team and actors of ‘“My Dearest” are working on tight schedules, filling the scenes to the point where live broadcasts are possible. As “My Dearest” originally had a considerable amount of CG scenes, it was inevitable that filming would be delayed. However, it seems that the production schedule was further postponed as more attention was paid to the quality due to the drama’s popularity.
Originally planned as a 20-episode drama, “My Dearest” was scheduled to air 10 episodes in Part 1 and 10 episodes in Part 2. After the drama gained popularity with the highest viewership rating reaching 12.2%, MBC confirmed that “My Dearest” will have an additional episode, making it a total of 21 episodes.
