Big Planet Made is currently in a legal dispute alongside singer BE’O over unsettled fees from his former agency.

On the 13th of May, BE’O’s former agency, Big Planet Made Entertainment, stated, “We are currently handling the legal dispute over the unsettled fees with BE’O’s former agency, FameUs, on behalf of BE’O.” FameUs’s representative is singer San E. They said, “BE’O, who signed an exclusive contract with us in February 2022, had agreed to distribute the profits from the income during his time with FameUs after deducting expenses. However, we recently found out that FameUs only paid him the amount calculated by subtracting all expenses from the total sales evenly, excluding the correct amount that should have been paid to BE’O.”

Big Planet Made Entertainment emphasized, “We have demanded correct settlements and corrective measures for the illegal distribution through proof of documents, but FameUs has not responded, leading to the current legal dispute.”

San E also posted an email received from Big Planet Made on his social media regarding this dispute. The first trial date concerning this dispute is scheduled to be held at the Seoul Central District Court on June 13th.

Meanwhile, BE’O made his debut in 2020 with the single ‘Monster’ and ranked 3rd on the Mnet’s ‘Show Me The Money 10’ in 2021.
