Kim Yoo Jung And Ahn Hyo Seop Feature In New Stills Of Upcoming Drama “Red Sky”

SBS’s upcoming drama “Red Sky” has released new stills of its leading stars Kim Yoo Jung And Ahn Hyo Seop.

“Red Sky” is based on a novel of the same title by Jung Eun Gwol. It’s a fantasy romance set in the Joseon era.

Kim Yoo Jung will star as Hong Chun Gi, the Joseon dynasty’s only female painter, she was born blind but miraculously regains vision. Ahn Hyo Seop will star as blind astrologer Ha Ram, who is able to read the stars despite losing his sight.

This marks Ahn Hyo Seop’s first lead role in a historical drama, the actor channels a mysterious aura in the newly released stills. Kim Yoo Jung will be returning with another historical drama, her newly released stills show her character hard at work as the only female painter in Joseon.

“Red Sky” premieres on August 30 at 10 p.m. KST.
