Kim Seon Ho’s Agency Issues Further Clarification Regarding His Contract State Due To Continuous Problems
Kim Seon Ho’s Agency has released a new statement sharing further details about their contract with him due to this reason!
Previously, when Kim Seon Ho’s controversy broke out, one Korean news outlet reported that Kim Seon Ho’s contract with his agency expired in September and he has extended it by a month to manage “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” filming.
Some fans began to wonder whether the agency had something to do with the revelations as a way to force the actor to re-sign with them or as an act of revenge because he refused to renew with them. However, this turned out to be far-fetched from the truth.
On October 22, SALT Entertainment issued a statement to clarify that not only has Kim Seon Ho’s contract not ended, but he has a full year left before his contract ends. He had a year left.
Despite their clarification, rumors didn’t stop and on October 25, SALT Entertainment shared a new statement to provide more details about his contract state due to that. They’ve decided to share details due to “continuous problems” arising from that.
They stated that their meeting with Kim Seon Ho happened in July of 2018, they’ve decided to work together from September 2018 to September 2019 before discussing contract renewals.
In June of 2019, while there was about three months left on the contract, they didn’t discuss an extension as they should have. When 2020 came and the actor became so busy, due to their faith in each other, they decided to renew the term of the contract for March 2020 through March 2023. They’ve also signed an annex agreement stating the contract will be automatically renewed for another year until March 2027 unless either parties provide a notice of its intent not to renew.
SALT Entertainment asked for fans’ understanding since they’re releasing these statements due to continuous problems.
