tvN’s “Lovely Runner” has confirmed its broadcasting details!
Recently, tvN unveiled the first official poster for its upcoming drama “Lovely Runner” starring Kim Hye Yoon and Byun Woo Seok. The drama is set to air in April. The newly released poster shows Kim Hye Yoon carrying a life-size poster of Byun Woo Seok.
“Lovely Runner” is a romance that tells the story of a top star who unfortunately ends his life and a woman who goes back to the past to save him. It depicts the story of passionate fan Im Sol (played by Kim Hye Yoon) who goes back in time to 2008 and encounters famous artist Ryu Sunjae (played by Byun Woo Seok) as she tries to save him from his future.
Byun Woo Seok will take on the role of the top star Ryu Sun-jae, who is at the peak of his fame in Korea. Sun-jae becomes weary of his life in the entertainment industry, but at the age of nineteen, a female lead named Im Sol appears in front of him to save him.
Kim Hye Yoon will portray Sol, an ardent fan of Sun-jae. Sol accidentally hears Sun-jae’s song on the radio and finds great comfort in it, becoming a devoted fan. Tragically, she goes back to the past to save Sun-jae, who has left the world.
The drama is based on the web novel ‘The Leader of Tomorrow’ by Kim Bbang.
“Lovely Runner” first broadcast will be on April 8th at 8:50 PM.
