Actor Ji Soo might be taking on the male lead role in a new Netflix series, reports suggest.
The Actor’s agency confirmed that he had been offered the leading role in the upcoming drama “Because Its My First Love.” The actor is said to be reviewing this offer among many other he’d been offered as well.
The drama is about coming-of-age, its about love, friendship, and dreams of the youth. If Ji Soo accepts the casting offer, he will play the role of Yoon Tae Oh, a college freshman who majors in business administration.
The character appears to have it all, he is handsome, wealthy and also part of a prestigious university but he secretly feels lonely on the inside because of his unstable chaotic home life. He falls in love with a friend Han Song Yi, who ends up sharing the same space with him because of circumstances.
Actor Ji Soo debuted back in 2015 in MBC’s “Angry Mom” since then he appeared on many productions such as “Strong Woman Do Bong Soon” his most recent appearance was in OCN’s “Bad Guys 2.”
Fans fell in love with his manly appearance and wished he’d lead a drama one day; he is one of the most popular actors who are yet to snag a leading role. He usually plays the second leading role and ends up giving up the girl for the first male lead causing kdrama fans serious Second Male Lead Syndrome.
