Im Soo Hyang shares the reason behind her decision to star in the new drama “Woori The Virgin”!
“Woori The Virgin” is a rom-com drama that is a remake of the popular American TV-series “Jane The Virgin.” It tells the story of Oh Woo Ri (Im Soo Hyang) who is keeping her virginity till marriage but has an unexpected accident when she goes to the OB-GYN and gets pregnant through artificial insemination, the father turns out to be Raphael (Sung Hoon), the CEO of a cosmetic company who is a secret romantic hoping one day to meet someone who he will fall in love with and live happily with them.
Im Soo Hyang recently talked about keywords regarding her character in “Woori The Virgin,” she also shared the reason on why she decided to appear in the drama, she explained,
“When I first read the script, it was so fun that I saw the original (“Jane The Virgin”) right away. I decided to appear in the drama because it was so interesting that I was able to see all the episodes at once.”
She continued,
“The story is interesting, but the work also contained various messages about love and family, so it is even more attractive.”
“Woori The Virgin” is set to premiere on May 9.
