FTISLAND’s Lee Hong Ki And Oh Yeon Seo Confirmed For Hong Sisters Upcoming Drama
Actress Oh Yeon Seo and idol-actor Lee Hong Ki will be leading Hong sisters upcoming tvN drama “Hwayugi.”
“Hwayugi” is a romantic fantasy adaptation based of an ancient novel and tells the story of finding light in a dark world where evil is prevalent. A scary rebellious monster called Son Oh Gong and a charming celebrity monster called Woo Ma Wang will go up against each other in a fight.
Cha Seung Won has been confirmed to play the role of Woo Ma Wang.
Oh Yeon Seo is playing the role of Jin Sun Mi, a wealthy beautiful character that lack empathy and friendliness, she handles deserted houses of failed businesses. She also gets trapped in a love triangle between Woo Ma Wang and Son Oh Gong.
Lee Hong Ki was also confirmed to play a role in the upcoming drama, he will take on the role of P.K a popular global star that obtains information of Woo Ma Wang and Son Oh Gong and goes back and forward between them, he is a pig monster.
The upcoming tvN drama will be directed by PD Park Hong Kyun and written by the Hong sisters who have previously wrote “Master’s Sun,” “My Girlfriend is a Gumiho” and many others.
The drama will air its first episode in Mid-December.
