MBN’s upcoming weekend mini-series ‘The Crown Prince Has Disappeared’ has confirmed its rescheduled broadcast.

Scheduled to premiere on April 13 at 9:40 PM, ‘The Crown Prince Has Disappeared’ is a Joseon-era romantic comedy that follows the story of a crown prince who becomes a queen and the twists and turns of a youth romance and destiny exploration after being ‘robbed of fate’ by a woman.

The drama, written by Kim Ji-soo and Park Cheol, and directed by Kim Jin-man, is a spin-off work of the ‘Bosam – Stealing Fate’ series, which previously showcased a tightly woven relationship story. Director Kim Jin-man, known for his delicate emotional direction in dramas like ‘Kill Me, Heal Me’ and ‘Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People,’ is joining forces with the writers to create high expectations for the production.

Originally scheduled to premiere on March 9, ‘The Crown Prince Has Disappeared’ has been delayed by about a month to ensure a more robust and refined production after approximately a month of filming and editing.

Studio Zidam, the production company, stated, “We have rescheduled the broadcast of ‘The Crown Prince Has Disappeared’ for a solid and perfect story. After a period of wholehearted preparation, we will bring you a work with high completeness and a tight storyline. Please look forward to the first broadcast on April 13 at 9:40 PM.”

The drama is led by EXO Suho, Hong Eui Ji, Choi Myung Yoon and more. The new weekend mini-series ‘The Crown Prince Has Disappeared’ will premiere on April 13 at 9:40 PM.
