“Curtain Call” Sees Sharp Drop In Ratings By 4%, Here Is Why

Curtain Call” ratings have seen a sharp dip but its not for the reason you’d expect.

According to Nielsen Korea, the November 1 broadcast of “Curtain Call” recorded an average nationwide rating of 3.1%, a 4.1% decline from its stellar premiere episode rating of 7.2%. But the reason is not what you think.

“Curtain Call” November 1st broadcast was delayed due to a baseball game that aired in its time slot. As a result, the drama was delayed by one hour. Its believed thats the main reason behind the steep decline in ratings.

SBS’s “Cheer Up” did not air due to the Itaewon tragedy mourning period. Meanwhile, tvN’s “Mental Coach Jegal” ended its run last night with 2.5% in ratings.
