Upcoming drama “CEO-dol Mart” has unveiled its first group poster!
On the 5th of September, it was announced that TVING will release its new series called “CEO-dol Mart” on the 15th and revealed its official group poster.
“CEO-dol Mart” is a youth comic drama that depicts the journey of former idol group members who challenge the grocery store business.
The idol group Thunder Boys achieves their dream of reaching the top but unexpectedly disbanded due to an accident. After being scattered for five years, they discover that Thunder Boys owns a mart and decide to reunite and venture into the business.
Actor Lee Shin Young plays the role of Choi Ho-rang, the leader of Thunder Boys. EXO’s Xiumin plays the role of main dancer Shin Tae-ho, and MONSTA X’s Hyungwon plays the role of rapper Joy Joon.
Actor Choi Won Myeong takes on the role of Eun Young-min, and Lee Se Eon plays the role of the youngest member Yoon Sang-woo. Choi Jeong Woon takes on the experienced part-time worker role of Oh Ye-rim, who leads them.
The production team introduced the drama as a story of the youth five who face the harsh reality of losing their dreams in an instant but seize an unexpected opportunity to pioneer a new life. They described it as a work that the youth of this era can enjoy together and sympathize with.
It will be released on September 15th at 4 PM.
