Nam Joo Hyuk’s Agency has shared an update regarding the legal action they promised to take in regards to the actor’s recent false bullying accusations.
Recently, a netizen made a post claiming they were bullied by Nam Joo Hyuk for six years. The netizen claimed they were harassed by him and forced to run errands for the actor and his group. Management SOOP released a detailed statement denying the accusations and promising strict legal action against the netizens who spread it
On June 24, Management SOOP shared a new statement announcing that they’ve proceeded with the legal action against the informant, reporter and publication that first published the claim.
The criminal complaint was filed today for violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection and other related violations (defamation)
Fans are happy to read that the agency has followed through on their promise to pursue legal action against the people who spread the rumors.
