BIGBANG Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin are becoming parents soon!
On September 27, a Korean news outlet reported that BIGBANG Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin will be welcoming their first child very soon. Both their agencies, YG and PLUM A&C stated they were looking into the reports to confirm their validity.
Now, PLUM A&C has returned with a statement to confirm the news is true.
Min Hyo Rin’s agency confirmed,
“It’s true Min Hyo Rin is expecting. She is waiting with joy.”
The agency also asked for fans’ understanding as she’d like to give birth quietly, thus, the agency will not be answering more questions on the matter. It is unknown for how long Min Hyo Rin has been pregnant but according to the original report, the actress was said to be giving birth very soon.
Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin met on the set of his solo MV single “1 AM” and began dating in 2014. They went public with their relationship in 2015 and married in 2018.
