Famous Trot Singer Lim Young Woong is under fire!
Recently, photos and videos of Lim Young Woong smoking indoors went viral, he was caught smoking inside in a non-smoking designated area in DMC Digital Cube building on May 4 KST. And despite all of the staff and people around him wearing masks, he wasn’t wearing one too.
The singer faced immense backlash as soon as the photos and videos made their way online. He’s especially under heavy fire for not wearing a mask due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases among celebrities.
However, according to various news outlets, he wasn’t smoking a regular cigarette but an e-cigarette. This didn’t help with the situation as many netizens criticized his actions stating that smoking in-doors specially during such difficult times is unacceptable.
The day after, Lim Young Woong issued an apology to his fan cafe, in his apology, he says he feels responsible for every moment and apologies for having troubled his fans by the incident, he promised fans to reflect and do better.
