TWICE has released “MORE & MORE” on June 1 and fans were super excited about their comeback.
During one particular scene, they’re seen dancing on a floating set piece, however, that soon became an issue when an artist with a very similar art piece spoke up about it.
Davis McCarty took to his Facebook account to share a photo of an art installation he had done back in 2018, he drew comparisons with a set piece used in “MORE & MORE” music video. He called it an ‘act of copyright infringement.’ The post has since been deleted.

JYP Entertainment has released an official statement addressing the issue and claims made. The statement was released on June 2, they stated,
“This morning we became aware that one of the set pieces used in the ‘MORE & MORE’ music video shows similarities to an existing piece of artwork.
We have contacted the music video production company and requested that they speak with the creator of the original artwork to resolve the issue.”
They also added that they feel responsible for releasing the work of their artists and vowed to strengthen their verification process so such a thing never happens again.
