These two kpop idols had to step up and clear rumors after some netizens alleged they’d been dating because they simply greeted each other!
Idol group H1Key’s Hwiseo directly denied dating rumors with AMPERS&ONE Kamden.
On the 6th of May, Hwiseo addressed the rumors through a fan community, stating that there was no romantic relationship between them. She stated, “I have something to talk about because there have been questions. It’s definitely not a relationship that could be misunderstood. I’ve never gone to a hotel room, and due to poor soundproofing, I mistook a knock from the room next door and said ‘who’s there,’ but it was just some trainees I used to practice with. I greeted them, and that was it.” She further reassured fans, saying, “I wore the same pants as Shin Young and took a photo for Instagram today. You really don’t need to worry. You know I’m more sincere than anyone when it comes to work.”
This incident occurred during the overseas schedule when Hwiseo and Kamden were staying in the same accommodation and Hwiseo’s voices were captured during Kamden’s live broadcast.
Some netizens speculated about a possible relationship based on this, as Kamden had previously filmed challenge videos with Hwiseo. However, Hwiseo actively clarified that there was no misunderstanding and the dating rumors were simply a misunderstanding.
