Former JYP Ent. Singer Reportedly Charged For Stealing Alcohol From Convenience Store

G.Soul, whose real name is Kim Ji-hyun, has been reportedly charged with stealing alcohol from a convenience store.

According to a report by Sports Seoul on the 24th of May, G.Soul was caught stealing alcohol from a convenience store in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, at 11 p.m. on the 19th of last month.

At the time of the incident, it was reported that G.Soul was heavily intoxicated, and it is currently known that he is staying overseas. The police plan to summon and investigate G.Soul soon.

G.Soul appeared on SBS’ “Young Talent Cultivation Project 99%” in 2001 and debuted in 2015 after being selected by Park Jin-young in JYP. He then participated in Mnet’s “Voice Korea 2020” and won first place. He left Warner Music Korea last year and has been active as a solo artist.
