The court has ruled against the girl group Fifty Fifty in their legal battle against their agency. As a result, the four members of Fifty Fifty are expected to remain with their agency, Attrakt.
On the 28th of August, the 50th Civil Conciliation Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Chief Judge Park Beom-seok) rejected the request for a provisional injunction to suspend the exclusive contract filed by the members of Fifty Fifty against their agency, Attrakt.
Previously, the members claimed that Attrakt had violated the contract and destroyed the trust relationship, and they filed for a provisional injunction on June 19th.
During the hearing for the injunction, the members’ representative cited three specific reasons for the breakdown of trust: ▲violation of the obligation to provide settlement data ▲violation of the obligation to provide healthcare ▲lack of human and material resources to support their entertainment activities.
However, the court determined that the evidence presented by Fifty Fifty was not sufficient to prove a breakdown of trust and justify contract termination.
The court stated, “There is no evidence of the debtor failing to comply with the creditor’s demands for correction or the debtor’s obligation being repeatedly or long-term violated. It is difficult to conclude that the trust relationship has reached a level of breakdown.”

I hope they work everything with their agencies, despite the court rejecting their injunctions
