“LTNS” (Long Time No Sex)
Next year’s drama will open with “LTNS” (Long Time No Sex), starring Esom and Ahn Jae Hong as a couple who have been married for 5 years. It is a comedy drama that tells the story of a couple whose relationship has become stale and who resort to blackmail from an adulterous man and woman in order to make money, and in the process, confront their already broken relationship. The story unfolds in an episodic format, depicting the various stories of adulterous men and women.
“Secret Forest” spin-off
The spin-off of the “Secret Forest” series, “Good or Bad Dong-jae,” will also meet viewers next year. Actor Lee Joon Hyuk will reprise his role as the despicable yet irresistible character Seo Dong-jae, and writer Lee Soo-yeon, who wrote the original, will participate as a creator.
“Empress Woo”
“Empress Woo” (written by Lee Byung-hak and directed by Jung Se-gyo), set to be released in 2024, is an action historical drama depicting the pursuit and struggle of Queen Woo, who becomes the target of princes aiming for the throne and five tribes seeking power, as she strives to establish a new king within 24 hours.
Actors Kim Moo Yeol, Jeon Jong Seo, Ji Chang Wook, Lee Soo Hyuk, Jung Yoo Mi, and Park Ji Hwan are taking part in the drama.
“I Openly Dream of Cinderella”
“I Openly Dream of Cinderella” depicts a 21st-century version of the Cinderella story. The drama depicts a woman who decides to become Cinderella despite facing the reality of barriers and the love story that unfolds when she meets a man who doesn’t believe in love, a chaebol heir.
Pyo Ye Jin and Lee Jun Young are set to lead the drama.
“The Pyramid Game”
“The Pyramid Game” is based on a webtoon of the same name and tells the story of a high school girl who must escape from being a victim of legal school violence and become a sniper to end the game. Each month, the students are ranked through voting, and those in the F grade become legitimate victims of school violence.
The drama also features rising rookie actors who have gained attention through commercials, such as Jang Da Ah, Ryu Da In, Shin Seul Gi and Jeong Ha Dam.
“Chunhwa Love Story”
“Chunhwa Love Story” is a romantic historical drama in which Princess Hwari, a royal princess with the power to choose her husband directly, comes out into the world and enjoys a free-spirited romance. Go Ara, SF9’s Chani, Son Woo Hyun, and others have been confirmed to appear.
“Shark: The Storm”
Kim Min Seok takes on the role of Cha Woo-sol, a victim of school violence who becomes a world champion in mixed martial arts in “Shark: The Storm.”
“Running Mate”
“Running Mate,” a new work by Han Jin-won, the co-screenwriter of the film “Parasite,” will also be released on Tving. It is a political drama set against the backdrop of a student council election.
