Former announcer and broadcaster Park Ji Yoon and Choi Dong Seok are getting divorced.
On the 31st of October, Park Ji-yoon’s agency announced to various media outlets, “Park Ji Yoon is going through the divorce process.”
On the same day, The Fact reported that Park Ji Yoon and Choi Dong Seok are currently going through the divorce process and recently submitted a divorce mediation application to the court.
Park Ji Yoon and Choi Dong Seok, who joined KBS as announcers in the 30th class, got married in 2009 after dating for 4 years. They have one daughter and one son. Their marriage has lasted for 14 years.
Meanwhile, Park Ji Yoon left KBS in 2008 and became a freelancer, actively participating in various entertainment programs.
Choi Dong Seok was selected as the anchor for KBS1’s ‘News 9’ in 2019 but had to step down after a year due to health issues. He left KBS the following year.
