Singer BoA is making a comeback on the small screen.
An official from her agency, SM Entertainment, stated on the 9th of November, “BoA will be appearing in the new tvN drama ‘Marry Me Now’. Please confirm the specific details through the broadcast.”
Based on a web novel of the same name, the tvN drama ‘Marry Me Now’ tells the story of a woman who witnesses her best friend and husband’s affair, gets murdered, and then goes back in time ten years to give them a second chance at life. Alongside BoA, actors Park Min Young, Lee Yi Kyung, Song Ha Yoon, Na In Woo, Lee Ki Kwang, and Gong Min Jung will also be appearing.
BoA has confirmed her appearance in ‘Marry Me Now’, making it her first acting endeavor in eight years since the KBS 2TV drama ‘This Week, My Wife Had an Affair’ in 2016, and her first in seven years since the film ‘Autumn Post Office’ in 2017.
“Marry Me Now” will premiere on January 1, 2024.
