Actor Lee Sun Kyun was found dead inside a car.
On the 27th of December, the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station announced that a man was found collapsed inside a car parked in a park in Jongno-gu, Seoul. The police responded to the scene after receiving a 112 report stating that “the husband wrote a memo resembling a will and left the house.”
The police stated that the identity of the man found has been confirmed to be Lee Sun Kyun.
Lee Sun Kyun was only 48 years old. It was reported that his wife, actress Jeon Hye Jin, told police her husband wrote a note resembling a will and left the house.
The agency of the actor has not yet confirmed the news, they have only issued an initial statement stating they’re confirming the facts.
Lee Sun Kyun has been under investigation by the police for drug use since October. However, after receiving a negative result from a preliminary test, he underwent a precise examination at the National Forensic Service.
After undergoing three police investigations, Lee Sun Kyun requested a lie detector test on the 26th.
