The highly anticipated upcoming drama ‘No Way Out: The Roulette’ has confirmed its release in July.
‘No Way Out: The Roulette’ is a mystery thriller. It tells the story of a fierce battle between the ‘killer’ and the ‘survivor’ over a bounty of 20 billion won [$14.6 million].
It will be available on LG Uplus’ OTT platform, Uplus MobileTV.
The star-studded cast has attracted expectations. Cho Jin Woong plays the role of police officer Baek Jung-shik. He finds himself in an ironic situation as he must protect a notorious criminal.
Yoo Jae Myung takes on the role of the ruthless criminal Kim Guk-ho. After serving 13 years in prison, he is released and becomes the target of a 20 billion KRW bounty, making him a target for nationwide murder.
Kim Moo Yeol and Yeom Jung Ah play characters who utilize public assassination requests for their own purposes. They respectively portray lawyer Lee Sang-bong and Mayor Ahn Myung-ja, revealing their dual-sided nature.
In addition, Sung Yu Bin is cast as Kim Guk-ho’s son, Seo Dong-ha. Top Taiwanese star Hsu Kuang-hua makes his first appearance in a Korean drama as the fierce killer, Mister Smile.
Furthermore, Lee Kwang Soo is assigned the role of Yoon Chang-jae, a slaughterhouse owner who attempts to kill Kim Guk-ho for a large sum of money. Kim Sung Cheol transforms into Pastor Sung Joon-woo of a large church.
Meanwhile, ‘No Way Out: The Roulette’ can be watched on Uplus MobileTV in July.
