“Island” Part 2 has ranked first in four countries and entered top 10 in 10 countries on Amazon Prime Video as well as topped the list of weekly paid subscriptions among women for TVING Original, showing immense popularity.
According to TVING on February 27, “Island” Part 2, which was released on February 24, ranked first in the number of weekly paid subscribers among women for TVING Original.
Then, according to Flixpatrol, an online video service (OTT) ranking aggregation site as of February 26, “Island” ranked first in four regions and countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Taiwan, in the Amazon Prime Video Global TV Show category. In addition, it entered the top 10 in 10 countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, and entered a full-fledged ranking race.
In episodes 7 and 8, “Island” Part 2, which was released on February 24, fans were shocked by the tragic past stories of Ban (Kim Nam Gil) and Gung Tan (Sung Joon), whose whole purpose to live was only to kill Jung Yeomgwi.
