Actress Ahn Eun Jin couldn’t hide her bewilderment about fake news that alleged she is dating married actor Namgoong Min.
On the 6th of January, a video titled “Gilchae Came~ Behind the Scenes of Actress Ahn Eun Jin’s 9-time Acting Award” was released on the channel ‘Nan-Nan’.
On that day, Ahn Eun Jin said, “I became a victim of fake news on YouTube. A video was released on a YouTube channel with the content ‘Namgoong Min and Ahn Eun Jin, from ‘My Dearest’ to actual lovers’.” She expressed her bewilderment again, saying, “I’m really curious about how they have such thoughts. Sunbae Namgoong Min is married, so it’s amazing that they think that way.”
When asked if she was angry, she said, “I thought they were showing good camaraderie as acting partners. But it’s amazing that they actually think we’re dating.”
Ahn Eun Jin’s mother also asked her about this fake news. Ahn Eun Jin said, “My mom also heard it from someone. They said it came out as if it were true. So I asked my mom, ‘How could they think that?’ I didn’t feel good or bad, I just found it fascinating.”
Ahn Eun Jin said, “Sometimes, while watching a melodrama, you might think, ‘Are they really dating?’ when two people match well and create a fantasy. But after acting, I realized that work is work. There were so many cases where it wasn’t true at all. I also watched a drama alone and thought, ‘What’s going on?’ But when I asked, it turned out to be nothing.”
Meanwhile, last year, Ahn Eun Jin showed off her acting skills through her delicate emotional acting in the MBC drama “My Dearest” and won the Best Actress and Best Couple awards at the ‘2023 MBC Acting Awards’.
