The 2022 MAMA Awards has issued a warning to fans after rumors circulated that certain kpop artists’ fans have been rigging votes.
The issue came to light when some of the fans noticed other groups votes going up dramatically, after that, various posts about suspicions that certain fans have been rigging votes gained immense attention online.
On November 4, the 2022 MAMA Awards issued an announcement via its official website. The announcement assures that the votes are verified after going through a process at every step and said any votes that get identified as fraudulent will be deleted from the tally.
