Model-turned-actress Clara is getting married on January 6 to her non-celebrity fiancé, her agency confirmed in an official statement to the press.
According to her agency Koreana Clara, the boyfriend is Korean-American, the two will tie the knot on January 6 in a private wedding in Los Angeles, only family members will be in attendance.
According to various reports, the fiancé is a businessman who grew up in America and does business in Korea, he is two years old than her and the couple dated for a year before agreeing to tie the knot.
Clara also held a phone interview with news outlet Sports Seoul; in her phone interview, she explained that she thought the right time to announce the plans would be right before the wedding.
She thanked her fans for the warm wishes and said,
“He is a good man. We’re going to hold a small wedding with only family members in attendance, which is why we decided to tie the knot in America. I will return to Korea on the 14 of January after spending our honeymoon traveling around the country.”
The actress assured everyone her work in the industry won’t ever change, she said she’ll even push for more domestic activates in the future.
Clara also said she has to return to China to finish filming for her movie in mid-January and this is why she wasn’t able to decorate her apartment properly.
