Actors Park Hae Joon and Moon So Ri have been reportedly confirmed to play mature versions of the main characters played by Park Bo Gum and IU.

According to exclusive coverage of Star News on January 30, it was confirmed that Moon So Rri and Park Hae Joon will appear in the new drama “I Was Fooled” by writer Lim Sang Choon and director Kim Won Seok.

“I Was Fooled” is a work originally known under the working title “Life”, and it is a drama that tells the adventure-filled life of Ae Soon, a ‘desperate rebel’ born in Jeju in the 1950s, and Gwan Sik, an ‘armless cast iron’ around four seasons. In particular, “I Was Fooled” tells the story of mom and dad’s bright days, who were always smiling in the difficult backdrop in old photos, going back and forth between the two main characters’ childhood and adulthood.

Accordingly, Park Hae Joon and Moon So Ri will heighten the immersion of the drama by appearing as mature adult versions of characters played by Park Bo Gum and IU, who previously confirmed their appearance in “I Was Fooled.”

Meanwhile, “I Was Fooled” will start pre-production in the first half of this year with new works by Lim Sang Choon, who wrote KBS 2TV dramas “Fight for My Way” and “When the Camellia Blooms,” and Kim Won Seok, who directed tvN dramas “Misaeng,” “Signal,” and “My Mister.”
