EXO Chanyeol Enlists In The Military, Here Is When He’ll Be Discharged
EXO Chanyeol has enlisted in the military
On March 29, EXO Chanyeol made one last post to his Instagram ahead of his military enlistment. He posted one last photo to his Instagram with the caption, ‘goodbye,’ and the hashtag ‘Kyungsoo’s watch.’ He had also previously written a post to his group’s fan community telling fans not to worry about him.
He will receive four weeks of basic military training before being assigned to a unit to serve as an active duty soldier. As previously explained by SM, they didn’t share the time nor the location of Chanyeol’s enlistment.
His last public appearance was at the press conference for his film “The Box.”
Chanyeol is the 5th EXO member to enlist in the military following D.O., Xiumin, Suho, and Chen. Chanyeol’s discharge date is set to September 28, 2022.
