YG Entertainment is embarking on a search for the next gems to follow in the footsteps of their groups, ‘BIGBANG’ and ‘BLACKPINK’.
On the 4th of December, YG announced that they would be conducting a large-scale nationwide audition tour, the ‘2024 YG National Audition Tour,’ starting from the 13th of next month.
The audition will kick off in Jeju on the 13th and then tour a total of 8 cities, including Gwangju, Jeonju, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Wonju, and Seoul.
The audition application process is divided into pre-registration and on-site registration. For pre-registration, applicants can connect via the QR code on the official poster for each regional audition date, complete the Google Form application form, and register up to 10 days before the audition date. On-site registration is available until 4 p.m. on the day of the audition.
The audition is open to Korean residents born between 2006 and 2013, regardless of gender or nationality. The application categories include singing, rapping, dancing, and visual performance. Detailed information about the audition can be found on the YG Audition website and social media.
