“Sweet Home 2” cast has gathered for the drama’s official press conference, here are some highlights from the conference!
“Sweet Home 2” press conference was held in Seoul on the 30th. Song Kang, Lee Jin Wook, Lee Si Young, Go Min Si, Jinyoung, Yoo Seung Oh, Kim Moo Yeol and director Lee Eung-bok attended the event.
First, Lee Si Young said, “It is a grateful work for me. I couldn’t have imagined that I would receive such worldwide love when ‘Sweet Home’ came out into the world. I received a lot of love. In fact, it was also my first great masterpiece. It is a work of great significance to me. I did my best to create a work that I am not embarrassed of.”
Lee Jin Wook said, “I also received a lot of love. It was a work that became a turning point in my acting career and personally, and it allowed me to see my potential,” and thanked the director who had the courage to choose him.
Song Kang said, “I had doubts about whether I could do a genre work while preparing for my acting. Strangely, the director trusted me and gave me the role. The results were really good. It was strange and happy. I wanted to do better, and my mindset towards the work changed. ‘Sweet Home’ was a very good first button for me.”
Go Min Si said, “I remember saying in an interview for ‘Sweet Home’ that it was a turning point in my life. It was my first experience with the creature genre, and I had a lot of first experiences on the set. I also had the strange experience of gaining recognition through Netflix. I am personally really proud to receive so much love worldwide.”
“Sweet Home” Season 2 depicts the struggle of survivors who have left Green Home in a world where desires turn into monsters. The main character Hyun-su and other survivors fight in their own territories, while mysterious phenomena occur as new beings appear. It will be released on December 1 at 5 PM.
