At the ‘2023 MBC Drama Awards’ held on the 30th of December, actors Lee Se Young and Bae In Hyuk attended and displayed their couple chemistry.
The two were nominated for the Best Couple Award for their drama “The Story Of Park’s Marriage Contract.” Lee Se Young said, “I received the Best Couple Award two years ago with Lee Jun-ho for The Red Sleeve”, and while holding Bae In Hyuk’s hand, she said, “I married a new man.”
Lee Se Young hesitated but said, “If it’s decided only by the votes of netizens… I would be really disappointed,” and held Bae In Hyuk’s hand again, expressing her determination to win the couple award.
Bae In Hyuk showed confidence in the charm of the ‘Parkha couple’, saying, “At first, I pushed her away, but after opening up and becoming a couple, as the name suggests, we are cool, express a lot of affection, and are just supportive and crazy about each other. We are that kind of couple.”

Meanwhile, “The Story Of Park’s Marriage Contract” is a drama that tells the story of a contract marriage between Park Yeon-woo, a 19th-century desire-filled Confucian girl who transcends death and arrives in 2023 South Korea, and Kang Tae-ha, a 21st-century emotionless ultimate player.
