Monday-Tuesday dramas continue to see a downfall in ratings even after new dramas started airing.

On December 19, SBS’s “Trolley” and tvN’s “Missing: The Other Side 2” finished their first broadcast. With the wrap-up of KBS2’s “Curtain Call” just a week away, attention is being paid to where Monday-Tuesday dramas will stand in the coming days.

Trolley,” which stars Kim Hyun Joo and Park Hee Soon, is a mystery melodrama about the story when the secrets of a wife of an assembly member who hides her past get revealed to the world. The ratings for the first episode aired on December 19 were 4.6 % nationwide. The story of Kim Hye Joo (played by Kim Hyun Joo) and Nam Joong Do (played by Park Hee Soon), who are in crisis due to cracks in their peaceful daily lives, is depicted in a speedy manner.

“Missing: The Other Side 2” is continuing its fantasy-tracking plot following last season. It is a work that highlights the combination of actors Go Soo and Heo Joon Ho. In the first episode on the same day, Kim Wook (played by Go Soo) and Jang Pan Seok (played by Heo Joon Ho) were seen entering a new soul village in a series of events. The ratings were 3.7% based on paid households nationwide.

Curtain Call,” which had been at a standstill without a rebound, drew a downward curve when new works started the broadcast. Episode 13 aired on this day and recorded 4.6 % nationwide. It was down 1.5 % points from episode 12(6.1 %). Following episode 9 (4.2%), which aired on November 5, it fell back to the 4% range in two weeks. Actors Kang Ha Neul, Ha Ji Won, and Go Doo Shim are appearing. It is a story about Park Se Yeon (played by Ha Ji Won), a biological granddaughter, making a fake play by hiring a person to fake the grandson Yoo Jae Heon (played by Kang Ha Neul), for Geum Soon (played by Go Doo Shim), who is counting her last days. It started with expectations of 7.2% in episode 1 but remains in the 4-5% range.
